Instagram is celebrating its 13th birthday by releasing a host of new features and tools designed to help users express themselves more creatively on the platform. These new features are particularly targeted at Gen Z users, who are known for their love of self-expression and authenticity.

Selfie video notes

Selfie video notes are a new way to share short videos with your followers. To create a selfie video note, simply open the Instagram app and tap on the “+” button in the top right corner. Then, select “Note” and choose whether you want to create a text note, audio note, or selfie video note.

To record a selfie video note, simply tap and hold the record button. You can record up to 60 seconds of video. Once you’re finished recording, you can add text, stickers, and effects to your video note.

Multiple lists for stories
